EU HVACR industry association (~€30bn member turnover)
Eurovent
Full rebrand of an EU industry association across five international entities.
- Role
- Senior Art Director, Medienstürmer
- Scope
- Logo redesign · Brand guidelines · Imagery direction · Website implementation

Challenge
Eurovent is the European HVACR industry association, representing manufacturers across Europe through its national member associations. The project required brand architecture, visual identity, UX/UI design, and information architecture for a B2B institutional ecosystem spanning policy, certification, market intelligence, regional representation, publications, events, membership, and professional education.
Eurovent needed a clearer multi-entity brand system and digital structure for a master association with several connected public-facing entities: the core association, Market Intelligence, Middle East, India, and Academy. Each area served a different function and audience, from association representation and HVACR market data to regional engagement, Indian market expertise, and professional education. The challenge was to keep the ecosystem recognisable as one Eurovent world while making technical, policy, data, regional, membership, and training content easier to understand through one credible digital experience.
Approach
The art-direction response began with an audit of Eurovent's organizational scale, which shaped a scalable design strategy instead of a page-by-page redesign. The work translated audience groups, entity relationships, and recurring content needs into reusable UX/UI templates, clearer content hierarchy, consistent navigation patterns, responsive layouts, and visual identity rules that could support the master association and specialist areas without fragmenting the brand.

Outcome
- 01
- Rebrand delivered across five international entities: the main association, the Market Intelligence division, the Middle East regional arm, the Eurovent India working group, and the HVACR Leadership Academy.
- 02
- The five entities connected under a single design system, supporting the association's communication across European markets without fragmenting the brand.
