Challenge

A complete redesign of a fintech app focused on accessibility, clarity, and trust for underserved banking communities - improving usability, strengthening credibility, and enabling more inclusive, secure financial interactions.

The existing app had high drop-off rates during onboarding and low feature adoption among new users.

Approach

Heuristic evaluation, user interviews, journey mapping, and A/B testing of key flows.

Designed a ready-to-use design system for different brands that dramatically reduced implementation complexity. Automated production workflows, created intuitive dashboards for financial monitoring, and streamlined the integration process for enterprise clients.
